CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF Relcube India Pvt Ltd (Recycledevice)
That the return, cancellation and refund policy is subject to modification from time to time, and upon such modification in any term and condition of return, cancellation and refund policy it will mirrored on the platform. Such modification is applicable at the time of return, cancellation initiated by the users and further users understand and accept the importance of regularly modifying the policy as updated on the platform from time to time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Recycledevice cancellation policy provides you an opportunity to cancel the goods purchased by you from company’s B2B sales mobile application namely “Recycledevice Partners” (That the website and mobile application hereinafter referred as “Platform”.) for the reasons mentioned below within the specified cancellation time.
A. CANCELLATION REQUEST OF THE BUYER
Buyer can cancel an order when it is in packed status but not yet shipped from our warehouse, as long as the cancel option is available on the platform. However, subject to buyer’s previous cancellation history, Recycledevice reserves the right to deny any refund to buyer pursuant to a cancellation initiated by buyer even if the same is within time limit of cancellation followed by suspension of account, as may be necessary in the sole discretion of the Recycledevice.
B. CANCELLATION FROM OUR END
Recycldevice reserves the right to cancel any open order for reasons including but not limited to:
Recycledevice reserves the right to look into the cancellation request of the buyer and determine if such cancelation request falls under the conditions mentioned above. If Recycledevice is satisfied that the request and same fulfills any of the aforesaid conditions, then Recycledevice shall process the cancellation request and refund amounts to the buyer.
RETURN POLICY
Recycledevice return policy provides you an opportunity to return the goods purchased by you from company’s B2B sales mobile application namely “Recycledevice Partners” (That the website and mobile application hereinafter referred as “Platform”.) for the reasons mentioned below within the specified return time period.
A. RETURN REQUEST
You are welcomed to return goods due to the reasons mentioned below. However, the buyer has to conserve the goods in its original condition along with original bill and packaging:
At the time of placing the return request on the platform, Buyer will be required to provide certain information and proof not limited to:
The customer support team of the platform will contact the buyer in case any further information required.
Buyer has to raise a return request for any of the above-mentioned issues within the time period mentioned under terms and condition of the product list page at the time of purchase.
Upon receipt of return request from the buyer, the same shall be displayed upon the platform. We will internally scrutinize the return request raised by the buyer and inform the buyer about the approval or rejection of the request and will communicate the same to the buyer.
B. DECISION ON THE RETURN REQUEST OF GOODS:
Based on our internal scrutiny of the return request raised by you, any of the following may occur:
C. DELIVERY OF REVERSE SHIPMENT TO US:
Once the return request raised by the buyer is approved, our delivery agent will pick up the shipment from the buyer (“reverse shipment”) within agreed time frames, as may be communicated or displayed on the platform. There are two ways to return the product to us:
During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. At the time of such pick- up the delivery agent shall conduct a quick check of the delivered shipment and may take photos, videos etc. of the reverse shipment. the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
D. TIME FRAME FOR REVERSE SHIPMENT
In order to pick up the reverse shipment we will endeavor to make first attempt to deliver the reverse shipment to us within fifteen days from the date of receipt of reverse shipment.
The Reverse Shipment beyond the said timeline due to reasons solely attributable to us, we shall communicate such delay to the buyer within reasonable time. In case of unavoidable circumstances or occurrence of a force majeure event or any event beyond our reasonable control, timelines shall stand extended.
If we are unable to receive the reverse shipment due to buyer’s or its representative’s unavailability at the location on the first attempt, our delivery agent will make a maximum of two (2) more attempts to pick-up the reverse shipment. We will endeavor to attempt pick-up within the next forty-eight (48) hours from the last pick-up attempt. Our delivery agent will contact the buyer to arrange for pick-up of the reverse shipment. If despite our delivery agents’ reasonable efforts, buyer is unable to return back the reverse shipment to us. The reverse shipment request will be stand cancelled. We will not entertain any further return request.
