In this Policy, Reown is dealing with the Return, Cancellation and Refund policy of the Product which are brought by you from Reown platform. If you are accepting the terms and conditions mentioned on the Reown Platform it means you are also accepting this policy for return, cancellation and refund related to products purchased from the Reown Platform.

That you have purchased the product either for your own benefit or for your organization, it means your organization has authorized you to act on behalf of them and you are promising and agreeing on behalf of your organization that organization is bind to the terms of this agreement (in such a case, the terms You, Your, them or Customer will refer to that organization)

That this policy is subject to modification from time to time, and upon such modification in any term and condition of return, cancellation and refund policy it will mirrored on the platform. Such modification is applicable at the time of return, cancellation initiated by the you and further you understand and accept the importance of regularly modifying the policy as updated on the platform from time to time.

That by agreeing the terms of this Policy It is agreed by you that you will use the Reown Platform only within the territory of India

RETURN POLICY

Reown’s return policy provides you an opportunity to return the Product/s purchased by you directly from Reown through website www.recycledevice.com or from mobile application (That the website and mobile application hereinafter referred as " Platform ".) for the reasons mentioned below within the specified return time period.

1. RETURN REQUEST

   You are welcomed to return goods due to the reasons mentioned below. However, you have to conserve the goods in its original condition along with original bill and packaging:

   • Good(s) is physically damaged or is defective, including damage to the outer box delivered;
   • Wrong goods or goods mismatching the description or specifications mentioned on the listing page of the platform;
   • Part of order/goods is missing;
   • Part of the order/goods are found to be missing due to any reasons attributable to the logistics
   • Any other logistics related issues.

   At the time of placing the return request on the platform, you will be required to provide certain information and proof not limited to:

   • You need to share the unboxing video and image of the goods which indicates the issue in delivered goods. The unboxing video & images need to capture the following:
     • The shipping label with order ID;
     • Order details;
     • Packing shipment;
     • Issue observed by the buyer in the goods;
     • Damages to the product; or
     • Serial Number / Product ID of the goods
     • Copy of bill/tax invoice for the product received.
   • A video clip shows the issues in the goods/shipment delivered. The clip needs to capture all the sides of the package, order details, quantity of the product, damages in the product, any tampering with the outer box etc

   The Reown will contact you in case any further information required. You have to raise a return request for any of the above-mentioned issues within the time framed below:

   Upon receipt of return request from you, the same shall be displayed upon the platform. We will internally scrutinize the return request raised by you and inform you about the approval or rejection of the request and will communicate the same to you.

2. DECISION ON THE RETURN REQUEST OF GOODS:

   Based on our internal scrutiny of the return request raised by you, any of the following may occur:

   • Approval of the return request of goods: the request shall be approved under the following circumstances:
     • If you fulfill the criteria of clause 1(a) & (b);
     • And the returned goods after reaching to warehouse and has passed a quality check.
   • Rejection of the return request of goods: the request shall be rejected under the following circumstances;
     • If you do not fulfill the criteria of clause 1(a) & (b);
     • the returned goods after reaching to warehouse and has not passed a quality check;
     • if you do not respond to the inquiry/ communications via any modes made by us to procure certain information about the return request;
     • you are unable to share sufficient proof on request of us in support of claim.

3. DELIVERY OF REVERSE SHIPMENT TO US:

   Once the return request raised by you is approved, our delivery agent will pick up the shipment from you (“reverse shipment”) within such time frames, as may be communicated or displayed on the platform. There are two ways to return the product to us:

   • Pick up:  In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
   • Self-Ship:   If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of credits provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

   During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the returned product. At the time of such pick- up the delivery agent shall conduct a quick check of the delivered shipment and may take photos, videos etc. of the reverse shipment. After a successful pick up, we will be initiating refund after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.

   The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

   • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging intact.
   • Reown shall reserve the right to restrict return of the goods purchased by you in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Reown’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased a goods which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main goods, then you will have to return the free goods as well.
   • Reown will not be liable for the goods returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Reown would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the goods and is not responsible for its delivery back to you;
   • If you, self-ship your product, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.
   • If you, self-ship your product, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Return Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self-ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you. We will not entertain any further return request.

4. TIME FRAME FOR REVERSE SHIPMENT

   In order to pick up the reverse shipment we will endeavor to make first attempt to deliver the reverse shipment to us within seven days from the date of receipt of return request.

   The Reverse Shipment beyond the said timeline due to reasons solely attributable to us, we shall communicate such delay to you within reasonable time. In case of unavoidable circumstances or occurrence of a force majeure event or any event beyond our reasonable control, timelines shall stand extended. You will be able to track the Reverse Shipment on the Platform then we will be bound to accept the delivery of Reverse Shipment and sign the proof of delivery.

   If we are unable to receive the reverse shipment due to your or your representative’s unavailability at the location on the first attempt, our delivery agent will make a maximum of two (2) more attempts to pick-up the reverse shipment. We will endeavor to attempt pick-up within the next forty-eight (48) hours from the last pick-up attempt. Our delivery agent will contact you to arrange for pick-up of the reverse shipment. If despite our delivery agents’ reasonable efforts, you are unable to return back the reverse shipment to us. The reverse shipment request will be stand cancelled. We will not entertain any further return request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reown’s cancellation policy provides you an opportunity to cancel the goods purchased by you from the website www.recycledevice.com or from mobile application namely (That the website and mobile application hereinafter referred as " Platform " .) for the reasons mentioned below within the specified cancellation time period.

1. CANCELLATION REQUEST OF THE CUSTOMER

   You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on the platform. However, subject to your previous cancellation history, Reown reserves the right to deny any refund to you pursuant to a cancellation initiated by you even if the same is within time limit of cancellation followed by suspension of account, as may be necessary in the sole discretion of the Reown.

2. CANCELLATION FROM OUR END

   Reown reserves the right to collect a penalty for the orders constrained to be cancelled by Reown for reasons not attributable to Reown including but not limited to:

   • in the event if the address provided by you is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone;
   • fail to contact you by phone or email at the time of delivering the Order;
   • fail to deliver Order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
   • unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the Order; or
   • unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the Order. However, in the unlikely event of an item in an Order being unavailable, Reown will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the Order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire Order and shall be entitled to a refund to an amount up to 100% of the paid value.

   Reown reserves the right to look into the cancellation request raised by you and determine if such cancelation request falls under the conditions mentioned above. If Reown is satisfied that the request and same fulfills any of the aforesaid conditions, then Reown shall process the cancellation request and refund amounts to you.

REFUND POLICY

• Upon successful return and cancellation of the goods, Reown will instantly initiate the refund in your provided method of refund;
• After a successful pick up, we will be initiating refund after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you;
• If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self-ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you;
• Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding;
• All refunds amounts shall be credited to your account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of your choice, the estimated time frames are detailed as below, in case you do not choose any payment mechanism it will automatically credit in your wallet account associated with Reown Platform.

• In circumstances where an extra or different amount has been transferred by mistake, you are accountable to return the difference amount instantly. If after auditing or at the time of regular inspection it came to the knowledge of the Reown that they have wrongly transferred the amount to you, on demand they are liable to return the same. Reown can claim the amount as per the applicable law;
• If the request for refund is disputed by Reown, the refund will not be credited unless and until such dispute resolved from the end of both the parties with mutual understanding.

This policy document covers assured buyback program on devices purchased directly from Reown through website www.recycledevice.com or mobile application (website or mobile application will be together termed as “platform” in this policy) powered by Reown Parent Company “Recycledevice – Relcube India Private Limited”. This document will cover all terms and condition for assured buyback plan. You can sell the devices purchased directly from Reown Platform or franchisee stores back to Reown Device Private Limited at the price guaranteed at the time of your purchase.

Subject to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below, Assured buy back will provide and protect the value of your gadget from the market fluctuations and ensure a fair value of your device.

HOW THIS PLAN WORKS?

Any device purchased directly from Reown Platform or its franchisee stores are automatically bundled with Assured Buyback Plan. Benefits under Assured Buyback Plan can be claimed using “My Orders” section of website www.recycledevice.com.

SCOPE OF SERVICE UNDER THE PLAN

Under this scheme, whenever you want to redeem the buyback value of the device, you need to raise request on website www.recycledevice.com. Once the request is raised, we will arrange a pick up as per the time slot chosen by you. The process of buyback is described here under:

1. Anytime within the plan term, if you wish to sell back the device, you must visit on the website www.recycledevice.com and upload the details as requested. A field executive will be assigned to your request who will give a visit at your doorstep as per your chosen time slot. He shall carry out the process by inspecting the device such as system configuration, physical condition of the device, display and functional checks as per the buyback process followed by the company.

2. YOUR DEVICE MUST SATISFY FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:-

   • The Device is switching on and remains in the on mode for a minimum of 10 minutes without being connected to a charger.

   • Device screen and the body of the Device is not in damaged or broken condition and the original Device is in working condition.

   • There are no cracks in the body of the Device or on the screen.

   • Device should be free from password protection.

   • Device should pass the auto diagnosis check of Recycledevice.

   • Device configuration should be same as what was at the time of purchasing. It should not be tempered in any way.

3. In case any of the above conditions are not met, Reown or its affiliates reserve the right to reject the buyback Plan redemption as per its sole discretion.

4. Before handing the device to Field Executive for QC test and device diagnostics, please backup and then delete all the data that you have stored, so as to avoid any loss or disclosure during subsequent QC and device diagnostics. To respect your privacy, Field executive or the company and its staff will not be responsible for backing up or restoring data for you, and will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from the loss or disclosure of data.

5. Subject to You providing required details and subject to the Device passing the quality check (“QC”) specifications as listed above, the buyback request shall be approved. Please note, an online quality / diagnostic check will be conducted while raising a buyback request. No test shall be skipped by You, if skipped Recycledevice may deny the benefits.

6. If your device has cleared the QC test and device diagnostics, you will be provided the Assured Buyback value as per plan term applicable to your device. If the device does not clear the QC test and device diagnostics, a revised value will be offered to you as per the device condition. You will have the option of accepting or rejecting the same. If accepted by you, payment will be done instantly. If rejected, your buyback request will be cancelled.

7. You need to provide your local address proof to the Field Executive at the time of device pick-up.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Plan is non-transferable.

• The transfer of ownership of the Device to another party will render the Plan & its benefits null and void.

• The Plan may be availed by Indian citizens of 18 years and above of age.

• By agreeing to avail the Plan, you hereby represent, warrant and covenant that:

  • You are the sole, absolute and lawful owner of the Device;

  • The Device has been used by You in accordance with the applicable laws of the land.

  • The Device along with all its accessories, wherever applicable, under the Plan is genuine and is not counterfeit, free from any and all encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes, legal flaws or any agreement of sale etc.

  • Any documents as required by Reown shall be submitted by You, failure to do the same may result in cancellation of the Plan for you at the sole discretion of Reown.

• You shall indemnify and keep indemnified Reown and their officers, directors, employees, customers, affiliates and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, suits, proceedings, action, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs (including attorney ';s fees and court costs) which Reown may incur, pay or become responsible as facilitator as a result of breach or alleged breach of the representations or obligations under the T&C hereunder, any failure to comply with applicable law and any third party claims Reown shall have the right to defend themselves, pursuant to this clause, at your cost. Reown or their respective affiliates shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, incurred by you or any third party, in connection with the Plan. It is expressly provided that transaction shall be between You and Reown only.

• You acknowledge and agree that all copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the SMS content, WAP/APP, Platform and all material or content related to the Plan shall remain, at all times, owned by Reown. All material and content contained is made available for Subscriber's personal and non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material/ content on the platform and/ or any information disseminated by SMS or any other means of communication are strictly prohibited.

• Subject to any applicable law (a) All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied, are hereby expressly DISCLAIMED including, but not limited to, meeting of your requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, the results or reliability of the Plan , delay in sending or receiving the SMS for participating in the Plan, or the delivery, pick up, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any goods, Plan, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the Plan or any transactions effected through the Plan; (b) You expressly agree your availing the benefits under this Plan, is at your sole risk and is governed by the T&C herein; and (c) No advice or information whether by representations, oral, written or pictorial derived from the platforms including but not limited to Platforms/ SMS, shall be construed to mean the giving of any warranty of any kind.

• Reown shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of availing of the Plan.

• Reown shall not be liable for any loss, delay or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation, or otherwise, for any such loss, delay or damage.

• This Plan is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstance, unless specifically provided hereunder.

• You providing any incorrect information or concealing/withholding any information from Reown with intent to avail the Plan will automatically be barred from availing the Plan.

• Reown reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Plan or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the T&C at their sole discretion at any time during its validity as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on You.

• Failure by Reown to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Further, Reown may assign any of its rights within the Plan to any party without prior intimation to You.

• This Plan and T&C are subject to Indian law. Any dispute arising out of this Plan and T&C shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiations. The Courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Plan and/or this T&C. You acknowledge and agree that Reown shall have no liability towards you under this Plan and all claims that you may have with regard to this Plan shall solely be between you and Reown.
